Our service center offers friendly and efficient service to all our customers. As a Suzuki authorized dealership, our skilled and qualified team is able to deliver any service and/or repairs on your vehicle.

We offer an array of services which includes:

  • VIS (Vehicle inspection) for road tax renewal – JPD authorized workshop

We take pride in informing our clientele that we only use genuine and manufacturer-approved parts and lubricants. Repair procedures are in line with our manufacturer’s specification using the latest computerized diagnostic equipment and complete set of special tools to handle the demanding needs of your Suzuki vehicle. Ensuring your vehicle gets the best service to keep it in tip-top condition.

As part of our continuous drive for customer satisfaction, we provide the following to our clients:

  • Entertainment facility (TV, magazines, latest newspaper and some word puzzles)
  • Free WIFI and a computer with internet access for customer’s convenience (complimentary coffee/tea and toasts available)

New vehicle servicing

We are pleased to inform that all new Suzuki vehicles will be provided with complimentary labor for the first 3 servicing at mileage of 1,000km, 5,000km and 10,000km.

3. Warranty

New Vehicle Warranty
From the delivery date, your new Suzuki vehicle comes with a factory warranty of:

3 years or 100,000km (whichever comes first) against defects in materials and workmanship.
Please refer to your Suzuki Owner’s Manual accompanying your new car for a better understanding of the warranty coverage.

Warranty is only valid when:

  • The vehicle is serviced at recommended intervals as prescribed in the Owner’s Maintenance Booklet
  • Service is carried out at Suzuki Service Centre or its authorized workshops

Warranty excludes:

  • Wear and tear items (example: spark plugs, tires, bulbs, wiper blades, fuses, brake pads, or shoes and lining, clutch, etc.)
  • Consumables (motor oil, fluids, filters, coolant, wheel alignment, balancing and tires rotation)

New vehicle warranty will be invalidated/void under the following conditions:

  • Usage of non-genuine parts, wrong lubricant ratings or improper maintenance schedule
  • External modifications to the vehicle’s electrical system/ wiring and components
  • Usage of vehicle for purpose of racing, drifting, rallies, motorsport
  • Alteration to the vehicle’s factory specifications or installation of equipment or accessories which are not authorized by Suzuki
  • Usage of vehicle on roads for which the vehicle is not designed for
  • Windshield/ glass damage not due to manufacturing or installation defects
  • Usage of vehicle to carry loads above the permitted axle loads it was designed for
  • Services and repairs are carried out by unauthorized workshops or persons during the warranty period

Aftersales Service Warranty

4. Special Recall Campaigns

We at Suzuki Service Centre aims to improve the overall roadworthiness and safety at your vehicle.

Note:

  • Replacement parts and labour charges for this recall campaign will be at no cost to the owners regardless if the vehicle is under or over warranty.
  • Any request for cash reimbursement (for parts replaced by the owner earlier) will not be entertained.

Making payment is so convenient with our Easy Payment Plan exclusively for Baiduri, BIBD & SCB credit card members. Enjoy financial flexibility when you need it most for major repairs, through an installment payment plan with 0% interest.

  • Plan is only available at Suzuki Service Centre at Beribi – subject to the respective banks’ final approval

Body and Paint Centre (BPC)

Boustead’s Body and Paint Centre specialized in repairs and restoration work on your Suzuki vehicle’s body and paint back to its immaculate original condition in accordance to Suzuki’s exacting standards.

The centre is equipped with the latest painting facility and collision repair equipment which are operated by trained and specialized technicians so as to ensure that your Suzuki vehicle receives the best care it deserves.

Only new Suzuki Genuine Parts are used coupled with the use of high-quality paint to ensure optimum performance as well as safety of your loved ones.

Vehicle Inspection Station

Boustead has been appointed by the Land Transport Department (JPD) as an approved Vehicle Inspection Station (VIS).

We are authorized to do vehicle inspection for vehicles of 7 years and above. This inspection is required to ensure the vehicle’s roadworthiness before issuance of a road tax.
